Leadership
Nicholas M. Esposito
Managing Partner
Nicholas Esposito is the Founder and Managing Partner of Accretive Portco Solutions (APS) based in Chicago. He leads management, business development, service delivery and overall firm strategy. His expertise focuses on integrating supply chain strategy with real estate optimization to maximize operational and financial performance for the firms’ clients throughout the globe. His thought leadership has enabled clients to enhance EBITDA margin, MOIC, and Enterprise Value to enhance fund performance.
In addition to his responsibilities with APS, he is also an Operating Advisor for Montera Investment Group, a mission-driven holding company that acquires and builds services and consumer businesses.
Prior to founding APS, Nick was a partner and shareholder at Avison Young. At AY, he was the leader of their global Private Equity Affinity Group. Prior to this, he was a member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions Group.
